Kentucky Warbler  1     Low in bushes, with good long looks from both of us; uniform olive above with more striking green of tail; uniformly yellow underneath, down to coverts; no white (in contrast to female COYE); slight black horizontal streaking at lores, cap olive, without any contrasting crest; prominent eye ring, but white and not yellow, and only with posterior half of a complete ring.  (see p. 633 Stokes, female)  Medium in size; judging from photos in Sibley's, Crossley, Stephenson & Whittle, and Peterson Warbler Field Guide, this is a first fall female.  Seen at corner of Seashore Drive and Alder Brook Road.
